Occupation/Study: My current titles include Personal Trainer and Model. I’ve worked a
few dead end restaurant gigs but recently realized that I need to follow my true passions. I have a semi regularly updated blog at www.swellfella.com and can be seen training MMA at Urijah Faber’s Ultimate Fitness or on the upcoming cover of Sacramento’s ‘Our Wedding’ magazine. I also produce down tempo jazz influenced hip hop in my spare time.

Growing up a local, I was as The Boardwalk every weekend watching whatever touring hardcore band was passing through. I have grown with the city and take pleasure in finding new, smaller venues like Digitalis Studio, The Naked Lounge, and Luigi’s Slice. Sacramento is the perfect size for a walk about town, recognizing friends or experiencing new culture, especially on Second Saturday. If I’m not busy running miles around McKinley Park, practicing yoga at Asha or rock climbing at Pipeworks, then I’m probably at home, racking up my k/d score in the new Call of Duty game.
