Occupation/Study: I currently play music and tour full time in a band called Farewell Fighter. When I’m not busy with the band I put out my own acoustic music under the name The House and the Human. At this point in my life I, I spend lots of time in a van touring the country. Since January I have not spent more than 3 weeks at a time in one city, and I plan on keeping it that way. Hometown: I spent the first 20 years of my life growing up in the same house in Roselle, IL. I moved to Nashville, TN in Fall of 2009 to attend Belmont University for a couple semesters before dropping out to start touring full time.
Favorite hangouts: I’m really big on finding the local hot spots for food in every city. Don’t worry, I’m not about to tell you how much I love In-N-Out…(laughs). I AM about to tell you how good the Chicago-style hot dogs and beef sandwiches are at Portillo’s Hot Dogs in Chicago. Other favorite places to hang would be 3 Crow Bar in East Nashville, Dillon’s and Club Loaded in Hollywood, and BBQ Bar in Orlando. All of those are some really cool bars with a more punk rock or (for lack of a better term) hipster vibe.
